1. Product Quality & Disclaimer

• All our jewellery pieces are handmade, and slight variations in design, color, or texture may occur. These are not considered defects but a mark of uniqueness and craftsmanship.
• Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen resolution.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

• Returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged condition.
• To be eligible for a return, you must provide an unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened, clearly showing the damage.
• Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

3. Cancellations

• No cancellations are allowed once the order is confirmed, unless the product is damaged or unavailable.

4. No Exchange Policy

• We do not offer any exchange on products, as each item is handmade and customized.
